ORDINANCE NO . 25
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
DEDICATING CERTAIN LANDS OWNED BY CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA, LOCATED IN SECTION 4 , TOWN-
SHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AND CONTIGUOUS TO STIRLING ROAD TO
" THE PERPETUAL USE OF THE PUBLIC FOR STREET,
ROAD , AND PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES , SAID
LANDS BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN
SECTION 1 OF THIS ORDINANCE ; AND PROVIDING
THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
AND ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EX-
TENT OF SUCH CONFLICT ; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS , City of Pania is the owner of the hereinafter
described lands ; and
WHEREAS , the City Comri.ssion of the City of Dania , Florida,
deems it for the best interest of the public to dedicate
said lands to the perpetual use of the public for street ,
road and public right of way purposes .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1 . That the City Commissior of the City of
Dania , Florida, does hereby dedicate to the perpetual use
of the public for street , road, and public ri.Rht of way purposes ,
the following described lands , to wit :
Parcel No . 1
A portion of the West one-half (11 1/2)
of the Northwest one-quarter (NW 1/4)
of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4)
of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4)
of Section 4 , Township 51 South, Range
42 East , Broward County, Florida ; being
described more particularly as follows :
COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of
Said Section 4 , thence South 87°55 ' 38"
West on an assumed bearing along the North
line of said Section 4 , a distance of
1183. 00 feet ; thence South 02°04 ' 22" East
a distance of 20 . 00 feet to the point
of curvature of a curve concave to the
West and having a radius of 210 .00 feet ;
thence Southerly along said curve through
a central angle of Ol.°21 ' 54" an arc distance
of 5. 00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
of that certain parcel hereinafter described;
thence continue along said curve and along
the Westerly Permanent Easement line of

of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4)
of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4)
of Section 4 , Township 51 South, Range

Commencing at the Northeast corner of

Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
and all resolutions or parts of resolution in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in force and
take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption .
