AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, RE-
ZONING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES LANDS , TO WIT :
LOTS 17 , 19, 20 , 21 AND 22 , BLOCK 27 , TOWN OF
MODELO (NOW DANIA , ACCORDING TO THE PLAT .
THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK "B" , PAGE
49 , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, SAID LANDS SITUATE , LYING AND }
BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF RD-6000 TO C-3 ZONING
CLASSIFICATION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE
NO . 100 OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AS SUB-
SEQUENTLY AMENDED; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDI-
NANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES AND ALL RESOLUTIONS k
j OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE
REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT ; AND
j PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE .

FLORIDA:

Section 1 . That the following described lands , situate,

lying and being in Broward County , Florida , to wit :
LOTS 17 , 19 , 20 , 21 AND 22 , BLOCK 27 , TOWN OF
MODELO (NOW DANIA) , ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK "B" , PAGE 49 ,
OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
SAID LANDS SITUATE LYING AND BEING IN BEING
IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
be and the same are hereby rezoned from existing zoning classifica-
tion of RD-6000 to C-3 zoning classification as defined under
Ordinance No. 100 of the City of Dania, Florida, as subsequently
amended .
section That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and
all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be
and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section That this ordinance shall be in force and take
effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the 13th day
of September 1983 .
