ORDINANCE NO. 219
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
REZONING THE LANDS DESCRIBED HEREIN FROM
EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS TO C-2 , C-3 ,
C-4 and I-C 'ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS UNDER
THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 100 OF CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED;
AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES AND ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS
OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE RE-
PEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the following described lands situate , lying and
being in the City of Dania, Broward County , Florida, to wit:
Lots 1 through 19 , inclusive , Block 21 , TOWN OF MODELO (Dania)
as recorded in Dade County Records,Plat Book B, Page 49 ,
be and the same are hereby rezoned from existing zoning classification to
C-2 zoning classification as defined under Ordinance No. 100 of City of
Dania, Florida, as subsequently amended.
Section 2 . That the following described lands situate , lying and
being in City of Dania, Broward County, Florida, to wit:
1. Lots 1 through 12 inclusive, Block 28; Lots 1, 4 , & 5 , inclusive,
Block 20; Lots 1 , 4 , 5 , 8 , 9 , 12 , 13 , 16 , 17 , 20 , 21, & 24 ,

Township 51 South, Range 42 East, and a portion of the W 1/2 of the
NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 , more

the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 4 , Township 51 South, Range
42 East; thence run southerly 135 feet; thence run westerly 50 feet;
thence run northerly 135 feet; thence run easterly 50 feet to the
point of beginning.
2 . The W 1/2 less the North 400 feet thereof of the E 1/2 of the NW
1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 4 , Township 51 South,
Range 42 East;
be and the same are hereby rezoned from existing zoning classification to
I-G zoning classification as defined under Ordinance No. 100 of City of
Dania, Florida, as subsequently amended .
Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and all
resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 6 . That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
