ORDINANCE NO. 15
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ARTICLE 4 OF PART III ,
OF THE CITY CHARTER, ENTITLED, "DEPUTY CLERK" ,
TO AMEND THE MANNER OF APPOINTMENT AND TERMI-
NATION OF A DEPUTY CITY AUDITOR AND CLERK;
AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES AND ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF j
RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED IE
TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT ; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. d
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,

FLORIDA:

Section 1. That Section 2 of Article 4 of Part III of j
the Charter of the City of Dania, Florida , be and the same is '
amended to read as follows :
i
"Sec . 2 . Deputy Clerk.
i
A deputy and clerk, or deputy auditor-
clerks may from time to time be selected
and nominated by the city auditor and clerk
and appointed by the City Commission. Such
deputy auditor-clerks shall work under the
direction and supervision of the city auditor
and clerk. Any duty designated to be performed
by the city auditor and clerk may be performed
by any deputy auditor and clerk. The employ-
ment of any deputy auditor and clerk appointed
hereunder shall be terminated by the City
Commission upon the written recommendation for
termination being, first made by the city audi-
tor and clerk. "

f Section 2 . That except as herein amended , all other pro-
visions of said Article 4 , Part III of the City Charter shall
remain in full force and effect .
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
and all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith
f
be repealed to the extent of such conflict .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in force and take
effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
