HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-1991-083 Yi RESOLUTION NO. 83-91 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, APPROVING MODIFICATION TO LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY AND THE CITY OF DANIA DATED JULY 29, 1981; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA: Section 1 . That that certain Modification to License Agreement between Florida Power & Light Company and the City of Dania dated July 29, 1981, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", be and the same is hereby Aft approved, and the appropriate city officials are hereby directed ,i i to execute same. a. NOW, THEREFORE.the parties to said license agree that, for and in consideration of certain benefits accruing to each,said license shall remain in full force and effect through the 14 day of May 1996 , after which date it shall cease and terminate and be no longer in force and effect.
