That the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, hereby authorizes the transmission of this land use change to the Broward County Planning Council for review and for concurrent transmittal of the local and county plan amendments to the Department of Community Affairs, State of Florida. Section 2 . That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in y: conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 3.
