BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA: Section 1. That that certain Agreement for Consulting Engineering and Surveying Services between the City of Dania and Berry & Calvin, Inc. , a copy of which is attached hereto and made H a part hereof as Exhibit "A" be and the same is hereby approved , 't and the appropriate city officials are hereby directed to execute same. i Section 2. Plan review. 2. Water and sewer field tests. 3. Observe water taps. 4. Provide sewer locations. 5. Perform pipeline inspections. 6. Perform drainage inspections. .. -. • 7. Perform roadway inspections. 8. Respond to resident complaints. 9. Attend meetings with staff on general items. - - 10. Attend commission meetings on general items. 11. Consult with the Utility Department on operations issues. b. Proiect Consulting Engineering and Surveying Services Berry 8 Calvin, Inc. will provide consulting services to the City for specific engineering and surveying projects with a defined scope of work as directed by the City including but not limited to: 1.
