j A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT FOR
FIRE/RESCUE DEPARTMENT; PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1 . That on January 14 , 1992, the City Commission of -
the City of Dania approved financing arrangements with the Family
Bank of Hallandale for the purchase of one rescue vehicle.
Section 2. That the purchase of the following equipment and

the payment for same is hereby approved as follows : a
(a) From the Capital Fund Budget for the Fire/Rescue
Department to be purchased from Aero Products Corp. ;
under Village of Royal Palm Beach bid:
One( 1 ) Type I wheeled coach ambulance for the sum of
$66, 340. 00.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in force and take
effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
