r ORDINANCE NO. 16-93 ff f AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA. AMENDING SECTION 15-12, OF THE 1980 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA BY AMENDING THE OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FEES TO BE PAID BY PERSONS, FIRMS OR ASSOCIATIONS MAINTAINING A PERMANENT BUSINESS LOCATION OR BRANCH OFFICE {. , WITHIN SAID MUNICIPALITY FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF ENGAGING IN OR MANAGING ANY BUSINESS, PROFESSION { OR OCCUPATION WITHIN THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA; PROVIDING THAT ANY SPECIAL ORDINANCES PASSED BY THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA. WHICH AMONG THEIR TERMS, PROVIDE FOR LICENSING FEES, SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REPEALED BY THE WITHIN ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT OF PENALTIES FOR LATE PAYMENT OF FEES; PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES AND ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. License year; dates for sales, penalty. e Those licenses not renewed by October first shall be considered delinquent and subject to a delinquency penalty of ten percent (10%) for the month of October, plus an additional five percent (5%) penalty for each month of delinquency thereafter until paid. However, the total delinquency penalty shall not exceed twenty-five per cent (25%) of the occupational license fee for the delinquent establishment.
