A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING

QUIT-CLAIM DEED FOR STREET DEDICATION RELATING TO AN
ADDITIONAL 30 FEET OF RIGHT-OF-WAY ON S.W. 26TH TERRACE
SOUTH OF GRIFFIN ROAD: AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE

j BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section j. That the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida hereby accepts
a Quit-Claim Deed for street dedication relating to an additional 30 feet of right-of-way on
{ S.W. 26th Terrace South of Griffin Road.

of DANIA, County of BROWARD, State of Florida, herein referred to
as Quit-Claimee.
Quit-Claimor does hereby dedicate, release, remise and
quitclaim to dedicatee, to have and to hold for the public use
forever, as a street or roadway, all that certain land described as
follows :
The West 30.00 feet of the following described
parcel of land: The South 76.50 feet of the North 493
feet of Lot 9, Block 1, of Section 32 , Township 50 South,
Range 42 East, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat
j Book 2, page 32 , of the public records of Dade County,
Florida, less the West 155 feet and less the East 300
feet thereof. Said lands situate, lying and being in
Broward County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim
whatsoever of the said first party, either in law or equity, to the r
