A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA. AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO APPLY FOR A GRANT
BEING OFFERED THROUGH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
STATE, DIVISION OF HISTORICAL RESOURCES TO ASSIST IN THE
PRESERVATION OF THE NYBERG/SWANSON HOME; ROAD: AND !+
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA: 4� r
i That the City Commission of the City of Dania. Florida hereby r r
authorizes thecity manager or his designee to pursue the application for a grant being
offered through the Florida Department of Stale, Division of Historical Resources, to
assist in the funding of any expenditures that may be necessary to preserve the historic
integrity of the Nyberg/Swanson Home.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in force and take effect immediately upon
its passage and adoption.
