RESOLUTION NO. 137-93
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
CREATING AN OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE REVIEW
i COMMITTEE; APPOINTING MEMBERS THERETO; AND I
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, I
FLORIDA: ;z

Section 1. That a committee to be known and referred to as the "Occupational ; r w
License Review Committee" is hereby established.
Section 2. That the Occupational License Review Committee will consist of not -

more than five (5) members, each of whom must be from the business community. ;

Each city commissioner shall have one appointment to said committee.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in force and take effect immediately upon
its passage and adoption.
