The intent of these regulations is to enhance the natural environment and beauty of the
city by providing for landscaped green spaces, trees and other plant material and arranging

The following percentage of all vegetation, excluding all turfgrass and groundcovers W

who may need to reassess field stock, the following dates are established to institute

(a) Thirty percent (3o%) upon the effective date of this ordinance; and

Pursuant to Florida Statutes 373.62 any irrigation system installed after
