A. t , CONTRACT FOR SERVICES ' This is a contract for services between Young Environmental Sciences, Inc. and the City of Dania. y '= WHEREAS, The City of Dania desires to retain the services of Young Environmental sciences, Inc. to conduct certain studies and analysis tasks related to the ongoing litigation with Broward County, the Development of Regional Impact for the expansion of theFort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport at Dania and the IVY revision of the City of Dania Comprehensive Plan; and to WHEREAS, Young Environmental Sciences, Inc. desires to conduct the studies and analysis identified by the City of Dania; and YA WHEREAS, the attached addendum to this contract identifies the scope of the effort to be supplied by Young Environmental Sciences, S Inc and an estimate of the cost of services. J °r ACCORDINGLY, It is agreed as follows; 3 3 Young Environmental Sciences, Inc. agrees to conduct the studies and analysis identified in the addendum and the supply thework product identified for a fixed price of $37,000.00. Partial payments for completion of the tasks outlined are allowable upon ; submission of monthly invoices with progress reports specifying the -, work completed. ; 4. 2. Young Environmental Sciences, Inc. will be reimbursed all direct expenses upon presentation of an invoice and receipts . 3. The City of Dania agrees to pay Young Environmental Sciences, rF + Irtrsk,„ Inc, invoices for professional labor and direct expenses within 30 days of presentation. ,ta 4. The City of Dania maintains the right to amend the scope of Task 3 - "Develop Influence Area Map• and "Analyze Neighborhood ,F Characteristics" - if deemed appropriate by the City of Dania. 5.
