L I R ATCE 1 rMµ A , } : rya ARCHITECT'S SERVICES AND RESPONSIBILITIES #r lr The Architect's Basic Services are as described below and in Article 10. 1.1 BASIC SERVICES 5{K YT' t 1.1 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS " y syf . An estimate of the hours required to perform w Lct r s these services are attached: �u 1.4 BIDDING OR NEGOTIATION } ' r 1.4.1 The Architect, following the Owner's approval of the Construction Documents shall assist the Owner in providing clarifications and/or interpretations of the contract documents for the owner selected contractors (maximum of three) submitting bids or negotiating a contract for construction. G 1.4.2 CONSTRUCTION PHASE-ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT 1.4.2.1 The Construction Phase will commence with the award of the Contract for Construction and shall extend for Ninty ';ts (90) days. If construction extends past the time provided and the Architect is requested by the owner to continue with the •E Administration Of The Contract, it will be considered an Additional Service. "- 1.4.2.2 The Architect shall visit the site approximately once a week during the construction period.
