AN ORDINANCE OF THE CIry OF DANIA, FLORIDA REZONINGTHE FOLLOWNG DESCRIBED LANDS TO-WIT:
APPROXIMATELY 24.1655 ACRES MORE OR LESS LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF GRIFFIN ROAD AND SW 31
AVENUE CONTAINING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LANDS:
ALL OF PARCEL A, 'BANYAN OAKRIDGE COMMERCIAL PLAT"
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 157, PAGE 3 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LANDS
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 31,

be and the same is hereby rezoned from present zoning classification to RM-10
zoning classification as deflned in Ordinance No. 33-91 of the City of Dania, Florida, as
amended.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and all resolutions or
parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately
upon its final passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the 28th day of November, 1995.
PASSED and ADOPTED on Second and Final Reading on the 12th day of
December, 1995.
