Virta, AICP Growth Management Director FROM: Chief Robert AntoLia/District II SUBJECT: Applications for Extended Hours - Docker's I I have received your request for a check of complaints regarding Extended Hours License for Dockers Bar and Cafe. A check of district records has been performed and no unusual patterns of criminal activity was noted. j The CAD system data, which records all calls for service dating back to December 1, 1997, revealed that a total of four calls were dispatched at Docker's. This included two disturbances, one } suspicious person and one domestic violence. A check of BSO records revealed that since January 1, 1997, three crimes have been reported at Docker's. one shooting call, one burglary conveyance, one traffic accident and one burglary to a vehicle. Due to restrictions imposed by the State of Florida regarding the use of NCIC and FCIC, a criminal history check can not be conducted. The City Manager is aware of these restrictions and has made arrangements to make these inquiries through the Internet. If I can provide further information, please feel free to contact me.
