SUBJECT: Applications for Extended Hours License - Alcoholic
Beverage Establishment
I have received your request for a check of complaints regarding
Extended Hours License for Tugboat Annies. A check of district
records has been performed and no significant history has been
found on the businesses. Cases reported since 1994 were reviewed
and no patterns of unusual or criminal activity was noted.
Due to restrictions imposed by the State of Florida regarding the
use of NCIC and FCIC, a criminal history check can not be
conducted. The City Manager is aware of these restrictions and has
made arrangements to make these inquiries through the Internet.
If I can provide further information, please feel free to contact
me.
