RESOLUTION NO. 124-97
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
RATIFYING AND AFFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT
OF A MEMBER TO THE "OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE
REVIEW ADVISORY BOARD" TO SERVE UNTIL
THEIR TERM EXPIRES 12:00 NOON, MARCH 16,
1999; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL RESOLUTIONS
OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF
SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR
EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 53-97 passed and adopted April 22, 1997, provides that the
term of each member on the "Occupational License Review Advisory Board" shall be for two
years expiring at 12:00 noon on the first Tuesday following each biennial general municipal
election, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. THAT the appointment to the "Occupational License Review Advisory
Board" of the following named person is hereby ratified and affirmed and said member shall
serve until 12:00 noon March 16, 1999.

Section 2. THAT all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. THAT this resolution shall be in force and take effect August 26, 1997.
