n h T r r 7 i RESOLUTION NO. 64-99 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING A UTILITY EASEMENT REFERENCED AS EXHIBIT "A", AUTHORIZING CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN INDEMNFICATION AGREEMENT(EXHIBIT"B")WITH BASS PRO OUTDOOR WORLD, L.P. AND APPROVING A BILL OF SALE (EXHIBIT "C") AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT (EXHIBIT "D") PERTAINING TO UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS FURNISHED BY SPORTSMAN'S PARK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, AND CONVEYED BY THAT ENTITY TO THE CITY RELATING TO BASS PRO SHOPS OUTDOOR WORLD DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDING THAT ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT WITH THIS RESOLUTION ARE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; FURTHER, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: Section 1. That the proper city officials are authorized to execute an Indemnification Agreement(Exhibit"B")with Bass Pro Outdoor World, L.P. and the Hold Harmless Agreement (Exhibit "D"), Bill of Sale (Exhibit "C"), and Utility Easement (Exhibit "A") for water and sewer lines relating to the Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World development, copies of all documents attached, respectively, are approved and the city, through its appropriate city officials are authorized to accept same, subject to and upon final review of all documents by city manager and city attorney. Section 2. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this resolution are repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 3.
