RESOLUTION NO. 69-99
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA,
RATIFYING AND AFFIRMING THE APPOINTMENTS OF MEMBERS TO
THE "MARINE ADVISORY BOARD'; PROVIDING THAT MEMBERS
SHALL SERVE UNTIL THEIR TERMS EXPIRE AT 12:00 NOON ON
MARCH 20, 2001; PROVIDING THAT ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS
OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE
EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; FURTHER, PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 07-97 passed and adopted May 27, 1997, provides that the term of each
member on the Marine Advisory Board shall be for two years expiring in March of each biennial general
municipal election year, and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA
BEACH, FLORIDA,
Section 1. THAT the appointments to the Marine Advisory Board of the following named persons are
hereby ratified and affirmed and said members shall until their terms expire at 12:00 noon on March 20,
2001,

Section 2. THAT all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this resolution are repealed
to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. THAT this resolution shall be in force and take effect immediately upon its passage and
adoption.
