HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-1999-095 I � - I � t, r 7 RESOLUTION NO. 95.99 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING LAND TO BE CONVEYED TO THE CITY BY A RIGHT-OF- WAY DEED, SUCH LAND TO ASSIST IN THE PROVIDING OF ACCESS TO THE TRI-RAIL PARKING LOT IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SPORTSMAN'S PARK DEVELOPMENT AND THE BASS PRO SHOPS OUTDOOR WORLD DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDING THAT ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT WITH THIS RESOLUTION ARE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; FURTHER, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the land to be conveyed to the City by a Right-of-Way Deed, which will assist in the providing of access to the Tri-Rail parking lot in conjunction with the Sportsman's Park development and the Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World development, a copy of which Deed is attached and identified as Exhibit "A", is accepted, subject to and upon final review of all documentation by the city manager and city attorney. Section 2. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this resolution are repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 3. That this resolution shall be in force and take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
