This inclusion, to be stated by resolution, will increase the Points awarded to our application thereby increasing our competitiveness in the grant process. Additionally the dollar amounts for the proposed renovations have changed. The Department of Environmental Protection has disallowed the proposed kitchen renovation and primary building expansion. This has brought the total project amount down to$302,100 with a 50%match from the City of$151,050. 1 "Broward's First City' 100 West Dania 13cach Boulevard D;mia Beach, Florida 33004 Phone (954) 921-8700 w v.ci.dania-bcach.11.us L f r t. F f I I .. FLORIDA i A Memo To: Mike Smith From: Jason Nu er Date: 11/4/99 Re: Open Space Impact Fees-FRDAP Staff recommends that the City Attorney investigate the appropriate use of Open Space Impact Fees collected by the City.
