A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA, CONSENTING TO
THE VACATION OR REMOVAL OF A PLAT NOTE
REFERENCE TO "PERMANENT EASEMENT, BUILDING
RESTRICTION LINE"; OF THE "LA QUINTA PLAT I",
RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 147, PAGES 29 AND 30, OF
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; FURTHER,
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Commission of the City of Dania Beach, Florida, consents to
the vacation or removal of a plat note appearing on the "La Quinta Plat I", such plat note
being described as: "Permanent Easement, Building Restriction Line" appearing in such
plat, pertaining to lands legally described as follows:
A PORTION OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE QUARTER (114) OF SECTION
28, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, A REPLAT OF A
PORTION OF TRACT 13, BLOCK 3, "PLAT OF SEC'S. 28, 29, 31 AND
32, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 32,
PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CITY OF DANIA,
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 147,
PAGES 29 AND 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA,
Section 2. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict are repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in force and take effect immediately upon its
passage and adoption.

Although 1 do not believe the same is required ao to
the permission of the City, we do intend to try and remove
the designated easement building restriction line upon the
plat. Therefore, to the extent the same is necessary, we
request the City express no objection to such removal which
will allow us to present a better engineered site plan. We
have checked with Broward County Aviation and they have no
objection to the requested removal.
