RESOLUTION NO. 19-87
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING FRANK C. ADLER CITY
ATTORNEY; AND PROVIDING FOR COMPENSATION
FOR SUCH APPOINTEE; AND PROVIDING THAT
SUCH APPOINTEE SHALL SERVE AT THE PLEASURE
OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
i DANIA, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL
RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE
I EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR
I AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1 . THAT FRANK C. ADLER be and he is hereby appointed
City Attorney of the City of Dania, Florida, at an annual retainer
of $24, 300. 00 (Twenty Four Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ) plus
i any increases granted by the City Commission. In addition to said
i'
jannual retainer, the said City Attorney shall be paid an
additional compensation at the rate of Fifty Dollars ($50. 00 ) per
i
hour when professional services are rendered in connection with Y

+ any litigation involving the City of Dania.
Section 2. THAT said appointee shall serve at the pleasure
of the City Commission.
Section 3. THAT all resolutions or parts of resolutions in

conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
Section 4. THAT this resolution shall be in force and take
effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED on this 24th day of March , 1987.
