RE: Amendment to Arterial Design Guidelines
Date: September 15, 1998
You have before you a draft ordinance that would amend the Arterial Design
Guidelines the City Commission adopted last Fall. This amendment would add two
roadways (Bryan Road and Anglers Avenue) to the regulations. These two roadways
were not included purely through an over site. There are not any proposals to change
the guidelines in any way, at this time. Again this draft ordinance would simply add the
two roadways to those included within this regulation.
The Planning and Zoning Board considered this item at their August 1998
Meeting. They are as a result recommending that the City Commission approve this
amendment. This is the second reading of the Ordinance and the recommendation is
one of approval.
