A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
APPROVING PROJECT AGREEMENT BETWEEN FLORIDA
INLAND NAVIGATION DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF DANIA
COVERING A PROJECT CONSISTING OF DANIA CUT-OFF
CANAL DREDGING, PHASE 1. AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
ctI n 1. That that certain project agreement between the City of Dania, Florida Inland Navigation
f District and the City of Dania covering a project consisting of Dania Cut-off Canal Dredging Phase 1, a
copy of which agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit W, be and the same is
r hereby approved, and the appropriate city officials are hereby directed to execute same.
Se=lion 3. That this resolution shall he in force and take effect immediately upon its passage and
adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED on this 14th day of November, 1995.
