Dear Mr. Miller:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your February 28 letter with attached final Ordinance No. 2008-006 removing
the provision requiring one of the four city appointees to the Board to be a city commissioner.
This proposal responds to my concerns regarding Ordinance No. 2004-13. Please provide a copy of the
ordinance when final along with a copy of the letter of no actuarial impact from the actuary.
