LOCATION: 4491 Ravenswood Road PROPOSED USE: Marina facility, boat storage & restaurant. The applicant wishes to construct a marina with 127 wet boat slips, 600 dry boat stacking spaces & 5,000 square feet of restaurant area. Site access will be via the existing driveway entrance from SW 45 Street. A traffic study will be required, including but not limited to, traffic impact comparison between existing and proposed uses on the site. As Fer City Commission, the applicant must revise driveway configuration on SW 45t Street to (a) discourage or prohibit eastbound SW 45th Street traffic from entering site, and (b) restrict exiting marina traffic to eastbound SW 4th Street.
