Correction to Minutes of March 24th Regular Meeting of remarks made
by Vice-Mayor Byrd
Vice-Mayor Byrd indicated he understood why Mayor Bertino requested
all complaints first be brought to the Administration. He felt,
however, that the "Citizens' Comments" section should be open and non-
restrictive even if no definite answers can be given.
