8. Administrative Report:
City ManageA Maunt reported that on July 28 MA. A. J. Ryan had represented
ownm o6 certain propeAty on St &ting Rd. approx 300' East o6 I-95 in
theiA %equeat to have this property rezoned 6rom R-2 (duptex) to C (eommeAeiae).
This .item was supposed to be on this agenda 60A second reading, since it was
not, it is recommended that .it be pP.aeed on the Sept. 8 agenda.
A motion was.made by Comm.issioneA Cook, seconded by Commissioner Donny to
continue this item to Sept. 8. The motion passed unanimou4ty.
9. Commission Comments:

1. Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting of August 11, the special meeting
of August 13 and the workshop meetings of August 13 and August 18, 1981.
2. Public Hearings:
a) First reading of an ordinance establishing an RSO (residential , single family,
office) zoning classification.

b) Second reading of an ordinance approving the plat of "IMI Lands".
3. Request by AmeriFirst Federal Savings and Loan Association to display grand
