Tubbs. i. ayor H.T. Tubbs was absent from said meeting. The
following were also present. Raymond T. Skinner, City I:_anager,
Joins S. Odom, City Clerk.
The City Ulerk read a Resolution prescribing the time
and place of holding the regular n;eetiugs of the City Council
of the City of Dania , Florida, in full as follows:

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DAIIIA, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY''THE CITY OJIJKCI� OF Tlili CITY OF
DAITIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Regular meetings of the City
Council of the City of Dania , Florida shall be held
at the City Hall at 8:00 o 'clock ?.L. upon the first
Tuesday of each,mmth respectively, and at 12 o 'clock
anon on the second Tuesday of Iiovemuer of each year
respectively.
Section 2. This Resolution is adopted for
tiie purpose of establishing regular meeting dates of
7 the City Council in accordance with the provisions of
4r, Section 12 of the Charter of the City of Dania, and in
addition to establish a regular meeting date on the
