The Clerk brought up the matter of final settlement with �I. J.21:.:tt
constretor, for sidewz:lks laid on First Lvenue. Idayor O 'Hea appointed
Conic lmc.n �ylo end the City I,.ant:ger as a committee to make en adjustment
with Platt after inspecting the work.
1. petition' ::skin;: for the pt-yement of Sixth strEat avenue N. /. in
the colored section signed by Feter Buchanan and others w :s presented.
The Cleric was instructed to return the petition and ask that it be signed
by property owrors on the street.
Following a discussion of erecting a shelter ..)id building furncees I-.t
the bcz:.h, i..ayor O 'Fet. c:ppointed Councilman Brown rand I..ason on a committee
to determine whet should. be done there.
The Clerk submitted the monthly statement of fii=cos which is hereto
attached.
The clerk read the following resolution entitled:
