Breedinl�. Councilran Brooke moved that licenses be apprbved; seconded by Councilman I'r:r::hu_'St: an(l carried. The Cleric was instructed to hire a bulldozer and to oversee the streets being cleaned. Attorney Ellis was instructed to dra11 up an ordinance preventing does on the ocach. The Clerk presented an application for certificate of Public convenience and necessity by Howard Nernst, of the Dania Cab Co. for 12 taxi cabs . Councilman. Brooke moved that Ho."rard uernst be granted a certificate of public convenience and necessity for six cabs.
