Mr. A.H.Morford came before the Council in reguards to purchaseing tax sale certificates on lots 112,&3 1110ck 28 Town of Dania, fie reported that there was no building on lot 2 and waived. stud that the npassessmentaast°and rooke}lwasn this lot appointed be rrnived. Councilmen Rgan, as a committee to view the property with tax assessor Hansell and to report to the Council at a later date. Tax Assessor Hansell came before the Council and requested an extention of Fifteen days to complete the assessment roll Councilman Ryan moved that the `Pax Assessor be granted fifteen days to complete the roll Notion seconded by Councilman Brooke and carried. Paul Heckert came before the Council and made a report of Street, Sanitary and Clean up work. Councilman Brooke reported on the purchase of a truck for the Street Dept. Councilman Parkhurst reccomended that S.P.Snyder and Son be notified to fill the canal along the Beach road and if they could not do the work within a reasonable time that some one else be employed to fitt it. f3 Councilman Ryan reccomended that the Building codes bH revised and that 100 copies of the revised codes be liemographed so that prospective Builders could have a copy at u1.00. Councilman Ryan moved that the building Codes be revised and that 100 copies be memographed and sold to prospan ective builders st and cairie at $1.00 each motion was seconded uasi0hairrian and Councilmen Councilman Parkhurst was appointed Ryan and Brooke as a committee to revise the Building codes and have 100 copies meriogi(aphed. 0 The Clerk presented the following; Bills for the month of June.
