ANY PERSON WHO DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD WITH REGARD TO
ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THIS MEETING OR HEARING WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS,AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE MAY
NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND
EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.

Lottye Crooms made a motion to excuse Patrick Schilling, seconded by Edward Bourgeois. Motion
passed on the following roll call:

George Jason - Yes Dr. Paul Fetscher - Yes
1) Text Amendment—An Ordinance amending Impact Fees. City Attorney, Thomas Ansbro, addressed
the board explaining the concept of the revisions to the ordinance governing collection of impact fees.
Laurence Leeds, AICP, Director Community Development Department addressed the board describing
the current and proposed impact fee formulas.
Board discussed the best procedure to use and sample instances.
Hearing no further discussion by the board, and seeing no one in the audience to speak in favor or
against the proposed ordinance. A motion was made by George Jason to accept the new ordinance for
Police Fire and Administrative impact fees and keep the current code for Parks and Recreation
components, seconded by Lottye Crooms, to recommend approval of the proposed impact fee ordinance
revisions. Motion passed on the following roll call:
