ROLL CALL Approval of the minutes for the Regular Meeting of Planning and Zoning Board of October 7, 1986. RECOMMENDATIONS Recommendations made for PL-69-86 and RZ-72-86 will be submitted for the Consent agenda (First Reading) November 11, 1986, and for the Public Hearing (Second Reading) November 25, 1986. Recommendations made for all other items will be submitted for the City Commission meeting of November 25, 1986. PL-69-86 A Plat approval request for C. I.D.B. Plat (Containing 3. 00 acres +) . Legally described as: All of Lots 7, 8,9, and 10, and the portion of Lots 48, 49, 50 and 51, lying South of Griffin Road, Block C, "HANSON & NELSON SUBDIVISION" , as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 76, of the public records of Dade County, Florida. Said lands situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida. Francine Solomon, of 18971 NE 20th Avenue, N Miami Beach, represented the request for a rezoning. Mr. Maxwell commented that portion of the area are rezoned commercial. On the Land Use Plan the all of that strip of land long Old Griffin is required to go to commercial and this wo:ld bring it into compliance with the Land Use Plan. He further explained that the City does not rezone all the land on the Land Use Plan automatic, so it 's up to the petitioner to apply for it. The Chairman opened to the public hearing, hearing no one speak in favor or opposition, the Chairman closed the public hearing. A motion was made Irving Spindel, seconded by Gloria Daly to recommend approval for the request to rezone (RZ-72-86) . The motion passed unanimously. VA-73-86 A Variance request to allow a warehouse building with zero lot lines ( 20' required ) along the side and rear property lines. Petitioner/Owner - Ivory McCutcheon. Property located at 330 Southwest 4th Court. Legally described as Lot 31, Block 1, of "VICTORY HEIGHTS" according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 2 of the public records of Broward County, Florida. VA-74-86 A Variance request to replace an existing single family residence with a new single family residence containing: (a) 5 ' side yard setbacks ( 7 ' required) ; (b) 3720 sq. ft. lot ( 6000 sq. ft. required) ; (c) 40 ' lot frontage (�0 ' lot frontage required) . VA-75 86 A Variance request sized lot to allow 4 units on an over with insufficient frontage. Petitioner/Owner - John Bartley. Property located at corner of SW 4th Avenue and SW 7th Street. VA-76-86 A Variance request to allow 4 units on an over sized lot with insufficient frontage. Petitioner/Owner - John Bartley. Property located at the corner of SW 4th avenue and SW 6th Street. Legally described as : Lot 11, "DANIA HEIGHTS ADDITION" , as recored in Plat Book 28, page 19, of the public records of Broward County, Florida. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by Planning and Zoning Board or City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
