DANIA PLANNING & ZONING BOARD
ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
MARCH 26, 1981
7 :30 P.M.

Sam Calandra Paul Maxwell, Building Official
Skeet Jernigan
Helen B. Udell
Loretha Waiters
Meeting was called to order by Skeet Jernigan for the purpose of
an organizational meeting.
All members took the oath of office.
Motion was made by Loretha Waiters to nominate Skeet Jernigan as
Chairman; seconded by Sam Calandra and passed unanimously to elect
Mr. Jernigan Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Board.
Motion was made by Skeet Jernigan to nominate Loretha Waiters as
Vice Chairman; seconded by Howard Blackmon and passed unanimously
to elect Loretha Waiters Vice Chairman of the Planning and Zoning
Board.
Mr. Jernigan advised new members that regular meetings of the
Planning and Zoning Board are held on the first Tuesday of each
month.
Mr. Jernigan requested that the Building Department supply the
new members with a copy of Ordinance No. 100 and the new landscape
ordinance to all members.
Meeting adjourned.
