Motion made by Edward Bourgeois seconded by Patrick Schilling to excuse Lottye Crooms and
Angeline Flowers. Motion passed unanimously.
1) UPDATE OF THE DANIA BEACH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY AMENDING THE TEXT
OF THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ELEMENT (CIE).
Leigh Kerr, Planning Consultant for the City of Dania Beach addressed the board to describe the
proposed comprehensive plan amendment.
Chairman Fetscher opened this item to the public for comment. Hearing no one and seeing no
one,the public hearing was closed.
After brief discussion by the board, a motion was made by Edward Bourgeois to recommend
approval of the Dania Beach Comprehensive Plan by amending the text of the Capital
Improvements Element (CIE), seconded by Patrick Schilling. Motion passed on the following
roll call:
Edward Bourgeois — yes Patrick Schilling - yes
Paul Fetscher — yes
