Community participation at this meeting is strongly encouraged. Tuesday,June 2,2009 Time/Topic: 6:00—7:00 pm—Westside Master Plan 7:30—9:30 pm—Unified Zoning Code Place: City Commission Chambers in City Hall (100 W.Dania Beach Blvd.) PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD ITEMS(ADVISORY) 1) VA-16-09—Variance request by property owner Kevin O'Riordan for a boat lift on property located at 4496 SW 38 Terrace, Dania Beach, Florida. The variance request is to allow a boat lift to extend 19 feet into a canal. (Dania Beach Zoning Appendix Sec. 33-40. "Regulation and use of waterways and facilities related thereto"allows a maximum of 10% of the canal width which equals a maximum of 10 feet for this property.) 2) VA-17-09 — Variance request by property owners Luis and Barbara Ameijeiras for a boat lift on property located at 967 Nautilus Isle, Dania Beach, Florida. The variance request is to allow a boat lift to extend 19 feet into a canal. (Dania Beach Zoning Appendix Sec. 33-40. "Regulation and use of waterways and facilities related thereto" allows a maximum of 10 % of the canal width which equals a maximum of 6 feet for this property.)
