A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA
BEACH, FLORIDA, DECLARING THE KLEENRITE CARPET AND
UPHOLSTERY CLEANER EQUIPMENT SURPLUS AND OF NO FURTHER
USE TO THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, AND DECLARING THE INTENT
OF THE CITY TO DISPOSE OF THE SAME AT THE DISCRETION OF THE
CITY MANAGER; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; FURTHER, PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA
BEACH FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Commission has determined that the Kleenrite Carpet and
Upholstery Cleaner equipment is declared surplus and of no further use to the City of Dania
Beach. This Kleenrite Carpet and Upholstery Machine was purchased in March 2004 for
$2 881.39 to clean carpet in the I.T. Parker Community Center.

Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized by the City Commission to dispose of
such property in any manner or method which he determines will generate the most revenue to
the City.
Section 3. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this Resolution
are repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and take effect immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
