Mr. Fetscher responded yes, he can make the commitment until November, and he would not run in November. Vice-Mayor Jones asked why he thought he was the most qualified person for this position. Mr. Fetscher said he has lived here since 1995, taught at local schools, sat on the Planning & Zoning Board for many years, currently serves on the General Employees Pension Board, and believes in volunteering. Mayor Salvino asked if he could get along with the other Commissioners. Commissioner Brandimarte asked Ms. Lewellen if she had time to commit to being a Commissioner, and if she would commit to not run for City Commission in November. Ms. Lewellen responded yes, as long as she knows the schedule in advance. If something came up on her schedule, someone in her law office could cover for her. She currently has no plans to run, and has no intention at this time. Vice-Mayor Jones asked why she feels she is the best qualified person for the position. Ms. Lewellen said she has been watching the Commission meetings for a while, and is involved in her community. She felt there is no representation for the western part of the City and she would be a good representative for that area. Mayor Salvino had no questions. 3.
