The meeting was called to order by Chairman Rogers at 7:03 PM

6.1 Dahab Associates – September 30, 2021 Performance
Steve Roth from Dahab Associates discussed with the trustees the
September 30, 2021 performance for the plan. The plan’s earnings for
the quarter July 1, 2021 thru September 30, 2021 were +.3% net of fees
and the earnings for the fiscal year October 1, 2020 through September
30, 2021 were +21.3% net of fees.
MOTION by Todd Neal to accept this report

9.1 Attorneys Report
Attorney Herrera reviewed with the trustees the current City Attorney’s
guidance regarding public meeting in conjunction with Governor’s prior
executive orders. Attorney Herrera reviewed the state ethics laws with
respect to gifts and advised of upcoming educational opportunities.
9.4 December 20, 2021 Trustee Meeting
The trustees discussed and decided to cancel the December 20, 2021
meeting unless something important comes up.
