2.1 Approval of Minutes of November 3, 2021.
2.2 Ratification of payment to Lan Infotech for November 2021 Invoice #2021123514 in the amount
of $407, December 2021 Invoice #60077 in the amount of $407 and January 2022 Invoice
#60398 in the amount of $407, for monthly cloud server and annual maintenance.
2.3 Ratification of payment to Sugarman & Susskind for monthly retainer in the amount of $1,800
per month for November 2021, December 2021 and January 2022.
2.4 Approval of reimbursement to Administrator Denny for toner, Office 365 subscription and IT
services for the total amount of $320.81.
2.5 Ratification of payment to United Members Insurance in the amount of $2,724.75 for Cyber
Insurance.
2.6 Approval of invoice #468410 for Gabriel, Roeder, Smith & Co. in the amount of $4,406 for
actuarial services.
3. NEW BUSINESS
3.1 Renewal of Fiduciary Insurance for the amount of $6,007.00.
3.2 Presentation of Quarterly Performance Report by Graystone Consulting.

6.1 Approval of withdrawal of DROP funds for Hakeem Ismail in the amount of $90,203.76.
