$407, March 2022 Invoice 460992 in the amount of $407 and April 2022 Invoice 461304 in the
amount of $407, for monthly cloud server and annual maintenance.
2.3 Ratification of payment to Sugarman & Susskind for monthly retainer in the amount of $1,800
per month for February 2022, March 2022 and April 2022.
2.4 Approval of invoice #455041 for Gabriel, Roeder, Smith & Co. in the amount of $4,378 for
actuarial services.

3.1 Presentation of Quarterly Performance Report by Graystone Consulting.
