HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-2022-176 End of Year Budget Amendment RESOLUTION NO 2022-176 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; FURTHER, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on September 28, 2021, the City Commission of the City of Dania Beach adopted a City-wide budget for fiscal year 2021-22; and WHEREAS, the City Administration's end-of-year review of City operations through September 30, 2022, projects an estimated need for additional funding appropriations in the General Fund, Sewer Fund, and Marina Fund for consideration by the City Commission and is attached as Exhibit "A", which is made a part of and incorporated into this Resolution by this reference; NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH,FLORIDA: Section 1. That the above "WHEREAS" clauses are ratified and confirmed as being true and correct,and they are made a part of and incorporated into this Resolution by this reference. Section 2. That the City Commission hereby amends the budget as shown in Exhibit "A", which is attached and made a part of this Resolution by this reference. Section 3. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 4. That this Resolution shall be in force and take effect retroactively to September 30, 2022, upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED on November 21, 2022. ATTEST: -0,1k 44 , 10.
