ROLL CALL MINUTES APPROVAL Regular Planning and Zoning Advisory Board: May 17, 2006, June 21, 2006, July 19, 2006, August 16, 2006, September 27, 2006, October 18, 2006, November 15, 2006 Local Planning Agency: October 18, 2006 PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD ITEMS 1) SP-09-07 — Request by the City of Dania Beach Parks Department for site plan review for the proposed construction of a new recreational complex at C.W. Thomas Park located at 800 NW 2 Street, Dania Beach. 2) Request by applicant All South Florida Construction, Inc., representing property owner Dante Silva, for property generally located at 20 SW 151h Street for the following variances: (Continued from January 17, 2007) VA-61-06 — Variance: i) To allow 5 foot landscape buffer; Chapter 26, Vegetation, Sec. 26-50. "Landscape requirements for areas separating business, commercial and industrial property from residential property" requires a 10 foot landscape buffer. ii) To allow a 14 foot wide one-way drive isle; Chapter 28, Article 6.21 "Off -Street Parking Requirements" requires a 15' one-way drive isle. SP-60-06 — Site plan request for the proposed construction of a 2,000 square foot office building. (Chapter 4 Alcoholic Beverages; Article II 4-18 "Hours of Sale" prohibits the sales of alcohol on weekdays until 3:00 a.m.) 4) VA-03-07 — Request by applicant Lisa Krumsieck for property located at 15 SE 2nd Street, to allow four (4) parking spaces associated with an office. (Chapter 28, Zoning, Article 6.21. Off - Street Parking requires six (6) parking spaces). 5) SE-04-07 - John Shapiro is requesting special exception use approval to allow an enclosed automobile service establishment for property located at 303 North Federal Highway, Dania Beach. 6) VA-05-07 — Request by applicant Robert Roffey on behalf of Rolando Balance for a variance to allow placement of a mobile home with a 2.8 foot side yard setback, at property located at 2600 East Marina Drive (Ravenswood Estates Mobile Home Park). (Chapter 28, Zoning Article 4 "Schedule of Lot, Yard and Bulk Regulations" requires a minimum side yard setback of four (4) feet). 7) 5E-82-06 - Request by Ryan P.
