the office if your delivery has any of the following characteristic: Delivery
to a second floor or higher; Delivery to more than 50 feet away from where
the truck will be parked; Delivery must be finished before a specific time

will be dropped off. Waiting time for driver must not exceed 10
minutes*****AFTER HOURS DELIVERY AND PICK-UP WILL INCUR

Event Rentals, its owners, agents, officers, directors,
employees, successors and assigns (Sunshine Tents &
Event Rentals Indemnified Parties) from and against any
and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages,
injuries, penalties, suits, actions, costs and expenses,
including attorney fees and costs, of every kind and nature,
including but not limited to injuries or death to persons
and damage to property arising out of the use,
maintenance, instruction, operation, possession, ownership
or rental of the Rental Items however caused, except
claims or litigation arising solely from the gross
negligence or willful misconduct of the Indemnified
Parties.
