We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your tax exemption. As you requested, we have attached a copy of your room account folio for your records, with the tax exemption applied. A refund in the amount of $97.14 has been processed back to the Visa card ending in 5479. We appreciate your patience as this refund may take up to ten business days to reflect in the card's account.
