Project: MS4 Construction Site Inspections
April 16, 2021, CMA Inspector spent six hours performing MS4 inspections on parcels under
constructions within the City. CMA inspector also coordinated with multiple contractors throughout the
month following up on required site documentation.
All Parcels above 1 acre are required for inspection. Inspections include the following:
Review all required paperwork to be maintained on site by the contractor, which including
Environmental Resource Permit (ERP), NPDES Generic Permit for Stormwater Discharge from Large
and Small Construction Activities (CGP), Environmental Recourse Permit (ERP), if applicable, and
Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
Review the City approved SWPPP to confirm that the construction site meets all requirements of
SWPPP.
Coordinate with contractor if site improvements are required.
